I am throwing a surprise anniversary party with 90 guest. How much alcohol should I purchase?

On average your guests will have one drink per hour each. 40% will have a mixed drink, 40% will have wine and 20% will drink beer. If your event is 4 hours you would require approx 25-30 bottles of wine, enough liquor for 145-160 mixed drinks and 3-4 cases of beer (24packs)
