For a 3 hour wedding reception, 200 guests, how much wine, beer, martini mix? Thank YOU...

The average guest will have 1 drink per hour. Approx 40% of your guests will drink wine, 20% will have a martini (if this is the only mixed drink you are serving, if not 40% will have a mixed drink) and 40% will have beer (change this to 20% if you are serving other mixed drinks in addition to the martini) We would suggest having 45-50 bottles of wine, 10-12 cases of beer (24packs) and enough martini mix to make 120-140 drinks.
