we have 10 40oz of rye 10 40oz of vodka 10 40oz of rhum 1 40 oz of gin 1 40 oz of tequila how much pop do we need for mix

You would be serving approx. 1,280 drinks with this amount of liquor (1oz drink). The average drink is either 5oz in the small cups or 8oz in the large cups.
If you are using 5oz cups you would require 140-155 of pop, if you are using 8oz cups you would require approx 280-300 bottles of pop (1 litre). You would need less pop if you are not measuring the alcohol or if you are pouring 2oz drinks
