How much alcohol, beer, wine and liquor do I need to buy for a wedding with 300 people. The reception is from 6pm- 12am.

You would serve approx. 1 drink per person per hour. Approx 40% of your guests will drink wine, 40% will drink liquor and 20% will drink beer. You will need approx. 145-150 bottles of wine (each bottle giving you approx. 5 glasses), 15-17 cases of beer (24 packs) 12 -16 bottles of assorted liquor (rum, rye, vodka, gin are the staples) Just remember that you can always bring back the unopened bottles of liquor to the LCBO for a full refund
