Having a graduation party approx 100 guests. We are serving pasta, fried chicken, sausage and peppers, potatoes and two vegetables. How many pounds of sausage and pasta should be purchased?

We would suggest having approx. 22-25lbs of pasta (cooked), 35-40lbs of sausage.
