I'm having a wedding with 200 guests, I need to know how much mixers to order...ie bloody mary mix, etc.

The rule of thumb for alcohol is 1 drink per person per hour for average drinkers. 40% of your guests will drink wine, 20% of guests will drink beer, the remaining 40% will have mixed drinks. So say everyone has 4 drinks at your wedding you would have to have enough mix for 320 mixed drinks.
