We are having a morning event with coffee, juice, water, and pastries. We will be pouring juice and water from gallon sized jugs. We expect 200 people to attend. How many pounds of ice do you recommend? What about the juice and water? What about cups?

Each of your guests will have approx. 2 drinks during a 2-3hour event (approx 400-450 cups). Because this is a morning event they will be more likely to have coffee rather than juice - if this is the case then you will need approx. 200 coffees, 100 juice and 100 water and 2-3kg of ice. Each glass of juice and water will be approx 200ml.
