How much Pimms & Lemonade, beer & wine do I need for 5 hours of drinking for 150 people?

Assuming that Pimm's is a popular drink with your group, we would suggest having 40% wine, 40% Pimm's and 20% beer. For the average event we estimate the each guest will have 1 drink per hour. We suggest that you have 60-65 bottles of wine, 5-7 bottles of Pimm's (if Pimm's is available in a 60oz bottle) and 6-8 cases of beer (24 packs)
