Helping with a wedding. Set down meal. Choice of ham or chicken, mashed potatoes, green beans,corn was wondering how many pounds of macaroni to buy if making macaroni and cheese. Would appreciate a respone at swogger@dragonbbs.com Thank you

We would suggest having approx. 2-4 oz of macaroni and cheese per person.
