I'm having a cocktail hour for 150 people that will be followed by a dinner. I want to serve shrimp cocktail, cheese cubes, and chips/salsa. How many pounds of shrimp do I need and how many pounds of cheese?

We would suggest having 20-22lbs of shrimp & 10-12lbs cheese.
