We are having an open house over a 3 1/2 hour period. We are estimating 300 people will be "in and out". We are serving hummus with pita bread or baguette, vegetables and dip, fresh fruit and dip and cookies. How much do we need (including the amount of dip). Thanks

We suggest the following for your event: approx. 3-4oz of each dip per person, 1/2 -1 large pita per person or 2-3 oz of bread, 3-4oz of the vegetables per person and the same for the fruit.
