menu for 200 people, how much food would I need if serving: marinated chicken, rigatonis, red skin potatoes, tossed salad, greenbeens, alternative sandwich tray, veggies with dip, and crackers with cheese?

We would suggest the following portions (approximation) for your event: 3-4oz Chicken per person, 3-4oz rigatoni per person, 2-3oz potatoes pre person, 1-2oz Salad per person, 2-3oz Green Beans per person, 120-140 Sandwiches, 5-6lbs Veggies & 2-3lbs Dip & 2-3oz Cheese per person & 4-6 Crackers per person.
