We are having a party of about 150 people and our menu consists of Hamburger BBQ, Turkey BBQ, meat trays, Potato Salad, Pasta salad & Macaroni salad. How much of each should we have???

In general you should have (depending on the crowd):

1.5 to 2 pieces per person of the main course (hamburgers, turkey burgers, etc)

And

8 to 10 oz per person of other items in total (salads, etc)

As you increase the variety consider upping the above numbers since you can never quite guess what will be most popular.
