We will have an afternoon garden party with 50 adults and 4 children. How muh hamburger shall we purchase for BBQ hamburgers? Also, we are doing BBQ chicken. How should we purchase this? A certain number of fryers cut up?? Or by the pound?? Thankyou.

We would suggest having enough for your guests to have one of each item. The easiest way to purchase the hamburger and chicken would be to buy the already prepared and seasoned product. This will allow you to have more time to socialize with your guests and less time in the kitchen preparing the food.
