i'm having a graduation party catered at our house for about 45 people, the menu is ham, meatball masticolli, scalloped potato, chicken salad with rolls, fruit, salad(leaf greens on outer part in center tomato onion green pepper vinegar, oil dressing). cake, bownies for dessert. Do I need snacks too, does this sound like enough variety?

We would suggest asking the caterer that you are working with for advice as they know how much food portions they are serving your guests.
