For my wedding reception for 100 we're serving a buffet with ceasar salad,rolls,steamed veggies,chicken caccitore over rice, lasagna, and tri tip. How much of each do I need?

We suggest the following portions per person: 3-4oz of caesar salad, 1-1.5 rolls, 4-5oz of steamed veggies, 5-6oz of chicken caccitore, 4-5oz of lasagna and 5-6oz of tri tip.
