I'm planning a luncheon for a baby shower. We are having a taco bar,with enchiladas, and queso with chips. We'll be serving approximately 70 people. I'm struggling with how much I need to purchase to serve this number of guests. Please advise. Surprised

We suggest having 1.5 - 2 enchiladas per person and approx 6-7 large bags of chips.
