How much cheese, meat, lettuce, onions, sauce, shells, and sour cream do I need to feed 60 people (all ages)? Thank you

Hi Ann,

We suggest the following portions per person:
5-6oz of meat, 2-3 shells, 1-2oz of cheese, 1/2-1oz of lettuce, 1oz of sauce, 1-2oz of sour cream & 1/2-1oz of onions.
