Wededing reception with appetizers for 100 guests. The serving size per platter is based on 50 people. If I am having a fruit platter, veggie platter, chips and salsa, cheese/crackers, silver dollar sandwiches, chicken tenders, meatballs and tiny twice baked potatoes, how many platters of each do I order? Do I need to order 2 of everything or say 1 fruit ,1 veggie, 1 cheese/cracker platter and two or three of the rest?
