How much of each of these dishes do I need to make for a party of 150 people.. Pulled Pork w/rolls, Turkey and Roast Beef w/rolls, Zita, Toss Salad, Macaroni and Cheese, Pistaschio Pudding, Veggies and Cheese and Crackers Thank you

We would suggest approx. 70-75 pieces of each of the pork, turkey and roast beef w/rolls, 8 large bowls of tossed, 3 50 pans of mac & cheese (hotel pan that serves 50 people), 100 portions of pistaschio pudding and 4 platters of each for the veggies, cheese and crackers.
