Hello we will be having a leisure dinner to celebrate my mothers 50th. We are going to serve some appetizers and dinner. Then we will serve dessert which is Grilled Peaces, Grilled Bananas Ice Cream and Coffee. How many bananas, peaches, ice cream, coffee and tea would we need for 50 people?

This sounds like an interesting dessert.

We suggest you have approx 3-4oz of ice cream per person with 2-3 slices of peach and banana for each dessert. You would need approx 8oz of coffee per person. Not many people drink tea anymore but have at least 5-7 serving available for your guests, more if you know that they are big tea drinks.
