I am hosting a youth soccer tournament for 2 days in Aug. There will about 100 teams each will have 14-18 kids plus coachs/parents figure on 30 per team or 3000 people each day. We are trying to figure out how many hamburgers and hot dogs we'll need. Can you help?

We would suggest, depending on the length of time you will be serving food, to have approx. 3.5 pieces per person for the adults and 2 pieces per person for the kids. Get more hotdogs than hamburgers because kids tend to eat them the most.
