Fruit and Punch

I'm preparing food and punch for 250 people. We are serving fruit, cheese & crackers, cake and nuts as well. This is for a graduation reception. How much fruit and punch do I need?

We would suggest have enough fruit for each guest to have 2 - 3 pieces. Depending on the length of the event you will need to have enough punch for each guest to have 2-4 glasses
