First, thanks for setting up this great site. My question: Can leftover chocolate that was used in a chocolate fountain be frozen/stored and used again later, and if so, how long can it be kept for. THANKS!

Thanks for the question, and the very nice comment. For chocolate used in a fountain (or a fondue) the chocolate can be stored in a freezer for up to 6 months, but a few points to remember. Do not get any water (not even a few drops) mixed in with the chocolate, since once the water gets added, upon freezing it will ruin the chocolate, and try and use an air-tight container.
