I am in charge of buying the meat for this year's family reunion. How much of each of the following will I need to serve 150 to 200 people: chicken, brisket, ribs, and sausage links?

We suggest the following for you event: 8oz of ribs, 6oz of brisket, 4oz of chicken and 3oz of sausage per person.
