We are having a surprise 60th Birthday for my Husband. We are having about 50 people, all adults. We are serving chicken, mostacioli, sausage, potato salad, green salad, baked beans and rolls. How much of the above items do I need?

We would suggest having approx. 6-7 oz of each protein per person and approx. 10-12oz of sides combined. Choose the sides that are most popular and make more of those and less of the unpopular sides.
