We are hosting a cocktail party beginning at 7 pm. We are assuming people will have already eaten dinner. I will be serving various nuts, olives, "munchies"with the cocktails. The main food to accompany the cocktails will be a deli meats and cheeses tray w/ mini breads/ crackers in a New Orleans theme (think muffelatta spread instead of mayo/mustard and I will also add some andouille sausages to the tray). How many pounds of deli meat (total) should I buy for 16 guests? Thank you very much.
