How many canapes per person would you serve for 200 guests over a 6 1/2 hour period, for a 60th Birthday evening function?

If this is the only food available for the night, we suggest having 2-3 canapes per person per hour available. Most of the food will be eaten in the first couple of hours. We suggest also having some snacks available around the event area for your guests so they do not have to wait for a server to come around with food.
