I am hosting a lunch and dinner graduation party for 135. How much hamburger meat, chicken fillets and hot dogs would I need to prepare for 135. Could you also estimate plastic utensil amount, cups, etc. It's a very casual BBQ. Thanks a million. J D W

We would suggest the following: 30-32lbs of hamburger, 80-90 chicken filets and 100-115 hot dogs. For utensils you would require 1 item per person (add another 10 to each just to be safe) and at least 2 cups per person.
