We Having a Chicken BBQ Dinner for 200 we are serving a half a chicken, baked beans, glazed apples, roll butter and a drink should are serving of beans and apples be 1/4 cup or 1/2 cup we are charging $7.00

We would suggest a 1/4 cup as the price that you are charging is quite low for the amount of food you are supplying.
