I am having a 60th birthday party. Buffet style. How much food, beer and wine do I need for 75 people. Chips, dips, pretzels and veggie platters to start. Lasagna, Sausage and Peppers, Chicken Piccatta with Penne Pasta and a 6 ft sub. How much lasagna, sausage and chicken? Not heavy drinkers...how much beer and wine? Thanks for the help. Love your site and enjoy the advice.

We would suggest the following portions (approximation) for your event: 3-4oz Chicken per person, 3-4oz lasagna per person, 3-4oz of sausage per person. We estimate 1 drink per person per hour, for the light drinkers we would cut this estimate in half. If your event is 4 hours, we suggest 60% beer 3-4 cases of beer and 12-14 bottles of wine.
