The average person has 1 drink per hour and 40% of people will drink wine. You will get approx. 5 glasses of wine from each bottle. So if you are having a 5 hour event you will need approx. 60-65 bottles of wine. The most popular and easy drinking wines are reisling's and chardonnay's (white), merlot's and cabernet's (red). If you go to any LCBO the staff will point you in the right direction.
