I am planning a housewarming party and I would like to serve Roast Beef (lunch meat) in an au jus with rolls and provolone cheese as my main dish. There will be approximately 40 people, but only about 20 or so that will stay throughout the day. How much roast beef should I buy?

You would need approx. 4 to 5 oz per person, which would be 10 to 12lbs of meat.
