Non-alcoholic Drinks

Do you have any cool non-alcoholic drinks we can offer guests who are driving?

Since Champagne Cocktails are so hot this season (either with real champagne or sparkling wine), why not try and create matching alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails. For example:

Alcoholic Version would be - Café de Paris Sparkling Wine with cassis liqueur
Non-Alcoholic Version would be - De-alcoholized Sparkling Wine with blackberry syrup

Both drinks will look almost identical, and the guest who is driving won't feel like the odd one out.
