How many cups of rice can I cook at a time without it becoming a gooey mess?

The amount of rice to cook completely depends on how large the pot your using is.
A good tip for cooking rice is to rinse it first before cooking, this will remove any starch and excess residue that can cause rice to turn sticky or gummy.

Hope this helps.
