After 5:00 "business hour". Serving approximately 75 people appetizers (finger sandwiches, cheese ball & crackers, veggie/fruit trays etc.) How many appetizers do you suggest and how much of each. Thanks.

We suggest the following for your event: 2-3 large fruit and veggie trays, 1.5-2 sandwiches per person and 2-3oz of cheese per person with 2-3 boxes of crackers.
