I am desperate because I cannot open your form for planning beverage service. Can you please write me regarding how much soda and juice (OJ, cran, pineapple, grapefreuit) I need for our 150 person wedding: it is in 2 weeks! Thanks!

Each of your guests will have approx. 1 drink per person per hour. The average mixed drink has approx. 200ml in it and 40% of your guests will be having the mixed drinks. You will want to base your mixes on this average, get more of the orange and cranberry juices as they are more popular.
