Quantity of Drinks for Heavy Drinkers

I'm having 250 people at my wedding and most are big drinkers. How much beer/wine/liquor/soda/water and mixers should we purchase for it??

We have developed the following form to help people figure out exactly how much alcohol they need to have on-hand when hosting a party.

Have at least 1-2 bottles of water per person available. The average drink is 5oz, 1 oz is liquor and the other 4oz would be the mix. You should provide soda water, tonic, a cola product, and a 7-up, sprite or gingerale for mixes for your guests as well as some type of juice as a mix.
