wedding for 100 buffet of fruit meats and breads how much food? and liquor do i need? thank you

We would suggest the following:
Fruits – 4 -5 large platters
Meats – 4 -5 large platters
Breads – 1.5-2pc per person if mini rolls, 20-25pc baguette
Typically your guests will consume 1 drink per person per hour. 40% of your guests will have wine, 40% will have a mixed drink and 20% will have beer.
