I have to cook for 30 people at our Gettysburg reenactment. I am making chicken salad, and tuna salad as well as potatoe salad and cole slaw. How much of each should I have on hand? Thank you ever so much! Cindy

We would suggest having approx. 75-80oz of each salad as each guest will typically have 2 kinds of salads each (5oz per serving)
