HOW MANY BOTTLES OF CHAMPAGNE DO I NEED FOR 150 PEOPLE?

You will get roughly 5 to 6 glasses out of a bottles, and a safe estimate is 2 to 3 drinks per person per hour. So if all you are serving is champagne (no wine, beer, etc) then assume 30 bottles will serve 1 glass to each person. If you are serving wine, beer, mixed drinks, etc then assume about 15% to 25% of the guests will drink champagne.
