I am responsible for a Christmas cocktail party as a fundraiser for work for approximately 175 people. How much wine and beer and what type of variety do I need to purchase for the number of people attending over a 4 hour time frame? Got any great ideas for a variety of appetizers to serve without breaking the bank?

We have developed a form to help you calculate how much alcohol you should have on hand for a party. Ask your friendly LCBO employee for there suggestions on wine.

You can put out platters of food for your guests including; fruit with a yogurt dip, crudite with a herb dip and cheese and crackers. These items are always popular and they won't break the bank.
