I, along with a friend, am preparing some appetizers and side dishes for a wedding rehearsal dinner cookout. They want fruit skewers and cream cheese dip, chicken salad served in cherry tomato cups, and a cheese tray for the appetizers. We are making potato skins, tossed salad, and macaroni and cheese for the side dishes. There will be 40 people attending. Will everyone want one of everything?
