I am catering for 50/75 people, providing a selection of canapes and open rolls. Also supplying the sparkling wine, water and orange juice. How many canapes do i need per person and how many bottles of wine and water do I need?

If your event is over the dinner period, we suggest having 8-10 canapes per person (for a 3 hour event). We estimate that each guest will have 1 drink per hour. You can get 5 glasses of wine from 1 bottle. Have approx. 1.5 bottles of water per person.
