We are having a American/Indian buffet for 150 people. We are having an American chicken dish and Indian chicken dish, Indian meatballs, pulled pork, baked mac and cheese, indian rice, 4 different salads. We are also having an hour before the dinner where we will be serving cheese, ring bologna, fruits and veggies with dips. What I need to know is how much do I need of each meat dish and the mac and cheese and rice. Thanks for your help.
