I am having a party for at least 250 people and I want to serve Pimms no 1, + Wine. How many bottles of Pimms do I need, and how much wine please?

Typically we estimate that your guests will have one drink per hour each. If Pimms is a popular drink with your group we would suggest that 60% of your group will be drinking this and the other 40% will be drinking wine. If the drink is not so popular you may want to switch these percentages. You will get approx, 5 glasses of wine from each bottle and if you are pouring a 2oz shot per drink of Pimms you will get 20 drinks from each 40oz bottle. You will be able to make the correct calculations for your group with the above information.
