How many pounds of Alaskan spot shrimp do I need to feed 80 peoples for appetizers. There will be additional appetizers also available.

Shrimp are always very popular. If there are other menu items, I would portion 2 shrimp per person therefore, assuming a size of 16/20, you would need 8 lbs. of shrimp for 80 guests.
