How many chicken breast would it take to feed 150 people that will be served with tri-tip and other rice and veges and potatoe salad and bread. Their will be a total of 250 guest but only serving chicken for 150 people due to the tri-tip. Thank You

A 4 – 5 oz. portion per person is sufficient for a standard plate whether served whole as a smaller piece or sliced from larger pieces.
