Do you know of any place in Portland, Oregon where we can buy the wine for our wedding and return the unopened bottles?

In Canada, our LCBO takes back unopened bottles. Perhaps, your liqueur stores have the same policy. We have posted your question on our Forum section. Hopefully that will help!
