I need to feed approximately 60 people spaghetti and meat sauce. How do I calculate how much to cook?

In general, you would need 75g-115g/3oz-4oz dried pasta per person, so one bag of pasta will approximately give 10 portions. In terms of sauce, we usually assume 6 oz of sauce per person, means you will need 12 liters sauce but it is always good to have extra.
